Innoculations and injections

Please ensure that your pets inoculation certificates are up to date and are avaliable on the day.

Return and Refunds policy

The provision of goods and services by Windstone Riding Centre CC is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, Windstone Riding Centre CC will refund the client in full within 30 days. Cancellation of orders by the client will attract a 10% administration fee. Any orders cancelled two (2) weeks before intended book in date will forfeit their deposit.

Customer privacy policy

Windstone Riding Centre CC shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users.

Merchant Outlet country and transaction currency

The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. Transaction Currency is South African Rand (ZAR).

I, the undersigned, certify that my dog/bitch cat, as descried, has been inoculated against distemper/feline enteritis. also that the certificate is valid for the period of boarding and that i clearly understand that the animal is accepted for boarding only  at the owners risk and that in the event of injury or illness of the animal, a veterinarian may be called at the owners expense.



Also that I agree that in the event of non-payment or desertion (ie. The period being 1 week after due date for collections), of the above animal, the kennel management reserve the right to dispose of the animal.
